I cannot see the Girafa button on the Internet Explorer toolbar
Option 1: The Girafa button is off of the screen.
If there is an arrow on the right side of your Internet Explorer bar, click on it. You will be able to access the Girafa Toolbar from there.
Solution: Move the button to the visible part of the toolbar by selecting the "Customize" button. Highlight Girafa and select "Move Up" to move the Girafa button on to your screen.
Option 2: The Girafa Toolbar was installed correctly but the button was not created.
First you need to determine whether the Girafa Toolbar was installed correctly.
On the Internet Explorer Toolbar, select "View" and choose "Explorer Bar". If Girafa is not listed as an option (see below), than the Girafa Toolbar is not installed and you will need to reinstall it. Click here to reinstall.
If Girafa is listed as an option, then the Girafa Toolbar is properly installed. You can open the Girafa Toolbar by checking the GirafaBar option.
Now you simply need to make the Girafa button appear.
To add the Girafa button to your Explorer Bar:
Note: Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4.0 does not support this method. You will have to use the GirafaBar option in the View->Explorer Bar menu.
On the Internet Explorer toolbar, select "View" and choose "Toolbars". Select "Customize" and the following window will appear:
If the Girafa button is listed in the "Available toolbar buttons" window, click on it and click the "Add" button. You can also click on the "Move Up" button to change the location of the Girafa button on the Internet Explorer bar.
