Lead Developer
Girafa is looking for a new leader for its development team. The right candidate will have a balanced mix of leadership and technical skills, and will use them to further develop existing products as well as to further enhance the company's offerings. The positions includes all aspects of product development, from the initial requirement analysis up to and including delivery to clients and on-going support.

Requirements:
* 5 years experience in application development
* 2 years experience managing development teams
* Good knowledge of C/C++, Javascript, PHP and MySQL
* Exposure to both Unix and Windows environments
* Experience developing Web applications
* Good verbal and written communication skills

Senior Software Engineer
Girafa is looking for a senior software engineer with a well rounded experience in diverse areas including:

* UNIX programming in C, C++, shell and Perl
* Windows programming in C++
* TCP/IP
* Distributed applications
* Databases
* Web development

Team management skills are an advantage.
