Eldad Barnoon, CEO
Eldad drives the strategic direction of Girafa as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Girafa in 1999, Eldad was an attorney in a Tel Aviv based law firm specializing in high tech enterprises and international taxation. He provided legal consultation to leading Israeli startups and service providers from the initial seed stages through successful IPOs. Eldad also served for four years as an officer in the Israeli intelligence force. Eldad holds an LL.B and LL.M in commercial and international law from the University of Buckingham in the UK.

Yuval Yarom, CTO
Yuval directs the research and development of the company as Chief Technology Officer. Yuval has over 15 years of experience in software product development, project management and research and development. Prior to joining Girafa in 1999, Yuval acted as VP of Research at Memco Software Ltd., where he coordinated the company's research efforts and personally provided Memco with solutions to new security threats. He has registered several patents and has published several publications. Yuval holds a B.Sc. in mathematics and computer science and M.Sc. in computer science from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem, Israel.

Shirli Ran, COO
Shirli oversees all operational and business activities of the company as Chief Operating Officer. Shirli leads the product development activities and it is her vision that leads the company's business development and marketing strategies. Prior to joining Girafa in 1999, Shirli acted as an attorney in a private law firm specializing in computer and Internet law. During her work, she provided legal consultation to leading computer, software and multimedia companies and startups. Shirli holds an LL.B and LL.M in commercial and international law from the University of Buckingham in the UK.

Alon Mekel, CFO
Alon is responsible for the corporate finance activities of the company. Alon has over 15 years of experience in accounting and financial management. Alon brings to the company strong business understanding of financial markets and global industry. Alon has founded Mekel, Dalal, Klein & Co. C.P.A., a company that provides business advisory services, and include audit, accounting and tax advise and has also acted for five years as the CFO of several companies with Clal Industries and Investments Ltd., an investment company whose major holdings are concentrated in high-tech, venture capital and industry. Alon holds a B.A. in Accounting and Finance from the College of Management in Tel Aviv, Israel.
